Welfare Drug Testing Bill Dies in W.Va. House
An attempt to randomly drug test West Virginians who receive public assistance got a lot of talk this legislative session, but didn't see enough action.
With the bill stalled in committee, its chief sponsor fell short Tuesday in his attempt to force it to the full House for a vote.
