Once again,the CPS Services,have more than blundered, in allowing somebody, that is a psychopath, to be come a Foster Carer.
We don't have the story, of how,and why this Child,was taken away from the Natural Parents,but with the recent scenarios, of Children being taken into Care wrongly, this could be a possibility?
My heart goes out to the natural Parents,and their family.
