SD foster mom accused of stealing donated toys
The president of a foster parent group has pleaded not guilty in San Diego to stealing, hoarding and selling thousands of toys donated through the Toys for Tots charity.

The 73-year-old foster mother and president of the Latino Foster Parent Association is accused of stashing about 11,000 toys in three locations, selling them at garage sales and enlisting others to sell them for her.
