Parents Claim Foster Couple Abused Children
A North Las Vegas couple whose children were put in foster care are now accusing the foster parents of child abuse.
Child Protective Services began investigating the foster couple after a 3-month-old girl was rushed to University Medical Center. Her biological parents claimed the girl, Sarah, was severely malnourished, dehydrated and hadn’t had her diaper changed in days.
