Ottumwa man given 5 years in child porn case
A former child psychologist at Ottumwa Regional Health Center has been sentenced to more than five years in prison on child pornography charges.
Federal prosecutors said Joseph David Curtis, 66, will be under supervision for 10 years after his release from prison.
