It looks like the Local Authority. involved in this Case have not used the Kin care Clause, has the Child is in Foster Care.
I was approached by the Local Newspaper,to where this Lady lives,and was asked to make an opinion, but don't know whether they have printed anything?
I mentioned that even though this Lady has been charged, the Local Authority does have a code of conduct,and the Public Law Guidelines to follow eg Kin care, and giving out Pre Court Template letters, that are not forthcoming, with my Caseload.
