Judge blasts HHS over delay in teen's care
A Douglas County judge has threatened to fine the state up to $10,000 for delays in a mentally ill teenager's treatment.

It's compelling in this story what they DID NOT say:
That a little boy was taken from his parents and is now most likely headed for prison once he touches a child after he turns 19 and the State turns him loose.
It would be relevant to know just exactly why this child was removed from his home and turned into a pedophile under the states care.
Is he better off today than he was when he was first taken away? It sure don't sound like it!
