'Interrupted Life' Series calls attention to imprisoned mothers and their children
Dave was only nine years old when his mother was arrested. Left alone, he took care of his baby brother for the next few weeks until a neighbor found out and called Child Protective Services. He has lived in a foster home ever since and never found out why his mother went to prison.
