Grandmother Seeks Custody of Abandoned Grandchildren
Criminal charges were filed against Jessica Zarate including child endangerment and abandonment. She's scheduled to appear in court Thursday. Meantime, the young woman's mother-- who now lives in Texas broke down in tears as she talked about what police say her daughter did to her own children.
