The main investigation department of the Moscow regional police brought official accusations against foster parents of a 3-year-old Gleb Ageyev. Anton and Larisa Ageyev “are accused of a crime under Article 156 of the Criminal Code (default on the liability to rear a person under age, coupled with cruel treatment).”
