Foster mother faces murder conviction
A "horribly cruel" Edmonton foster mother convicted of killing a three-year-old boy in her care should be sentenced to between 10 and 12 years in prison.

it did happen to me. I also have babies in the system and found out days ago that my 2 under the age of 3 were being beaten by a foster parent hired here in alberta. Wasn't it enough that one innocent baby had to lose his life because of the people hired to work for social services? I guess not because it happens again and again. I thought they were supposed to give kids safe, happy homes.
