Former First Witness head may face prison for $125,000 theft
The former executive director of First Witness Child Abuse Resource Center in Duluth stole more than $125,000 from the agency, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Minneapolis said, and it will ask the court to sentence her to 21 to 27 months in prison.
