EMA wants immunity from lawsuit in foster child’s near drowning
The mother and father of a boy with autism who nearly drowned while in foster car in Morgan County wants to be compensated.
Owen County Circuit Court Judge Frank Nardi has to determine which people and agencies named in the civil lawsuit can be held liable.

Good luck on that. Judge Nardi is the one over our case and he has gone alone with everything CPS has suggested, even though my special needs children were taken from me for no reason.
