DSHS criticisms must be investigated swiftly
Susan N. Dreyfus, the new Secretary of the Department of Social and Health Services, certainly has her work cut out for her. But one of her first tasks must be an investigation into the Colville office of DSHS to determine whether, as the county prosecutor alleges, there is a "pattern of misconduct."
