This bill quite simply is a feeder line for the psycho-pharmaceutical industry and will result in more mothers and infants being put at risk for being prescribed antidepressant and other dangerous psychiatric drugs. These drugs are documented by the U.S. FDA to cause birth defects, psychosis, mania, worsening depression, suicidal and homicidal ideation.

Done! However, the issue compounds a far wider difficulty with medications prescribed to individuals; including children with ADHD and similar diagnoses.
Often children are prescribed stimulent drugs without thought of potential health risk. Specifically, stimulant and type medications and possibility for catastrophic results, including death, in an individual with an unknown heart condition such as an arrythmeia or congenital defect.
All individuals need indepth testing prior to commencement of medication and this should include all children who participate in strenuous athletic activities.
Far too often, children under Ministry care are prescribed drugs against the will of the natural parents and without proper investigation of medical conditions, nor with subsequent follow-up. This may be a deadly venture that must be averted.
