When Jeffrey Gold pulled up to a Webster Bank ATM in South Windsor on Jan. 30, he told police that he withdrew $100, then noticed that the card that came out of the machine was not his.

What? he forgot he didnt put is card in? Gee i would have asked myself, why this is still working and press cancel and returned the card. the fact is he knew exactly what he was doing, and i bet if i looked at the tape???? you could probably see him trying to dodge it too!
