Dallas County judge's souring on public defenders is questioned
When Dallas County family court Judge Lynn Cherry took office in January 2007, the newly-elected Democrat had good reason to like the county public defender's office.
Her husband, Mike Lemon, worked in family court as an assistant public defender.
