Council probes child protection reports
An investigation was launched into what happened to two reports which warned of problems with Doncaster Council's child protection services years before serious failings were made public.
The local authority has been at the centre of a storm of controversy centred on the deaths of seven children known to social services in the town.
Note: Lots of parents are wondering what happened to records that proved their cases as well. How convenient.
