Cops were in error, but San Jose family was cited for resisting arrest
Face down on their front lawn, the Barreras of 898 Vine St. asked the police officers standing over them what they had done wrong.
As it turned out, what was really wrong was that police were supposed to be responding to 896 Vine St.
