Parents are going to be under more stress, with reference to the new Legal Aid payments to barristers, which will force them out of Public Law Cases.
Parents may be forced to represent themselves,and they will not have the knowledge.and means to contest their cases.
RESULT A BABY BOOM FOR THE LOCAL AUTHORITY'S.
