Teacher accused of sexually abusing foster kids was valued for his experience, says Hennepin County official

As the Crystal foster parent accused of molesting two teens made his first court appearance Wednesday, the head of foster care in Hennepin County said the man had been valued for his work with kids with behavioral problems.

Note: Yeah, he knew how to handle those kids alright.
