Social workers plan PR drive to erase scandal of Baby P
SCOTLAND's hard-pressed social workers are to get a public image maker-over.
The profession, still tarnished by horrific failures revealed in the Baby P case in England, will launch a major year-long PR drive north of the border this spring.
Note: Remember what Obama said. "You can put lipstick on a pig and it's still a pig."
