Review of foster care system demanded by Dover and Deal Parliamentary hopeful
CHILDREN from as far away as Norfolk and the Isle of Wight are being sent to foster care homes in the Dover district so councils can save cash.
Vulnerable children are being shipped hundreds of miles from their families and communities because costs in Kent are cheaper than other areas due to lower property and living prices.
