New law puts brakes on sales of minibikes

New law puts brakes on sales of minibikes

Federal regulations put in place to protect kids from lead in toys have sellers pulling mini-ATVs and dirt bikes designed for youths from their showrooms.

Note: Another way the government is telling us what we can or can't do under the guise of protecting our children.

This law is putting many small businesses out of business due to regular testing costs.

So what's next? Is CPS going to investigate everybody to make sure that they get rid of any old toys that haven't been tested?
