Mom who gave birth at port fights for child
Angela Clifton acknowledges the girl is one of four children taken away from her by Child Protective Services, but she insists she has turned her life around and is now capable of being a good mother.
"I'm begging them because I have done everything they have required of me. I'm not getting a fair shot at this. Things aren't being done right."
