Two missing children were found safe in New Haven this morning.
Police had been looking for Fourteen-year-old Mya Moye -- and her month-old son, Myshaun Moye.

I'm sorry, I do not know why this child and her baby were missing. Was it due to the fact she did not want to give her baby up?
Did DCF claim she was an unfit mother due to her age?

I think it should be obvious by now. There were "allegations" of "suspected abuse or neglect"
"DCF officials wouldn't say why they were granted custody of the child (of course not, IT'S A SECRET), but a spokesperson said it involves some sort of an abuse and neglect allegation. The spokesperson said the state wouldn’t be awarded custody of someone's baby solely because the parent is too young.
DCF said the baby has been placed in a foster home."
