IF Edinburgh's social work department had willfully set out to grab headlines and TV bulletins across the country, they could not have been more successful.
Yet it is hard to believe that the dismal and tragic mess they have made over the care of two young children whose mother is a recovering heroin addict could happen by accident or simple error.

the main reason i dont support gay fostering and adoption is because they add to the ever increasing demand of babies and children.not to say that gay people cant be parents, they can, but they shouldnt be participating in a process that rewards them for being gay with a vulnerable parents baby.being gay means accepting that these unions cannot produce children. they can use sperm banks or do it the old fashioned way.they have no right to demand someone elses baby simply because they are gay.we've got a billion dollar industry thriving on the backs of poor women and their babies.gay ppl are merely adding to that industry and its wrong!
