Hefty fine for smoking with kids in car
Bezaire says they're currently looking at co-ordinating meetings with local OPP detachments and the Children's Aid Society to make sure everyone is aware of and complies with the law.
Note: Smokers are CAS's next mass target population.
About time too! It is an outrageous abuse of children to subject them to cigarette smoke - it causes cancer, asthma, stunted growth, lowered intelligence... Hang on a minute. THAT's how it happens.
