Filmmaker Henry Selick is a gentle man. But he is no wimp.
In fact, ``wimp'' is the dismissive word he uses for people who think that his new animated triumph, Coraline, is too scary for kids or that Walt Disney did a terrible thing by killing Bambi's mother.
Note: OT but interesting anyway. I agree, we need to toughen these kids up.
