Council is accused over child protection
A damning new report by HM Inspectorate of Education attacks the management of services to protect vulnerable children in Moray, the Press and Journal can reveal.
The report, due to be made public tomorrow, is understood to grade the performance of the area’s child protection service as satisfactory or below satisfactory in all 18 categories examined – making it one of the worst reports of its kind in Scotland.
