Mother is Jailed for Loving Her Children
Mother thrown in jail for not disclosing the whereabouts of 3 of her children so that the CPS, DHS, etc. will be able to kidnap, abuse and torture them.

She is not the first and won't be the last. The most notable case that I am aware of was in Mile City Montana. A woman in a divorce, who was beaten and sexually assaulted by her husband, along with her children, was ordered to turn her children over to him. She refused, and a contempt order was issued. She was jailed, and every six months brought before the judge and asked were the children were and six months she refused. Last news paper item on this in Montana, she had been in jail for six years. She may still be in jail, I don't know, but her children would be grown now as this was going on in the eighties.
Additionally, mothers were being jail by court order from cps, if it had been reported that that mother had had a drink. CPS would get a court order and the woman would be jailed, and her parental rights were terminated before she gave birth. I always that that there were just to few people in Montana, and to many CPS workers with nothing to do to come up with this.
I can't believe that the system that is put in place to help us is turning its back against this women. She did nothing wrong. I really want to find information on this women.
