Man Arrested for Rape First Degree and Torture or Willful Child Abuse
On Thursday, January 29, 2009, Lawrence County Sheriff's Investigators arrested Gregory Lee Terry for Rape First Degree and Torture or Willful Child Abuse, according to Sheriff Gene Mitchell.
Mitchell said that Investigators, and the Lawrence County Department of Human Resources, began investigating Terry after complaints were received alleging that he had raped a 14 year old white female, whom he was a foster parent to.
