Deadly October foster home fire ruled arson
An October fire that killed two children at a Belfair-area foster home has been ruled an arson, according to the Mason County Sheriff's Office.
Chief Deputy Dean Byrd said detectives who investigated the blaze believe it was set by Margaret Reece, 16, who died when while trying to save 4-year-old Koen Reece. Koen also died in the fire.
