California updates child abuse register
The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is helping Californians who are on a child abusers list but claim they are innocent.
Under the current system, a person could be falsely accused of child abuse and be added to California's Child Abuse Central Index, even if a state investigation does not prove any abuse. Brad Dacus of Pacific Justice Institute tells OneNewsNow that is dangerous in several ways.
