mmm hmm, my daughter, too, came home with garbage bags of ill-fitting clothes sized 5 at the age 13 despite all the thousands of dollars we sent to foster home for her needs. family jewelery, medical equipment and other items of sentimental value were never recovered. there should be penalty in place for those who steal from children.
