Appeals court renews Pa. couple's foster care suit
A federal appeals court has revived a lawsuit filed by two former foster parents in northwestern Pennsylvania who say they weren't told a teenager placed in their home by child welfare agencies had a history of sexually abusing others.
Paul and Bonnie Bryan, of Cambridge Springs, say the 14-year-old boy abused another 9-year-old boy in their care in 2001.
Note: Wow!!! CPS is even using the deceptive tactic of intentionally withholding information from foster parents, that they would use to make an informed decision regarding the accepting of a particular child for placement in their home. Interesting.
Sounds like a safety issue to me. CPS should be investigated for child abuse and neglect. Put them on the child abuse registry.
