Soroptimist chapters supply 'Totes for Kids'
The Washoe County and Reno chapters of Soroptimist International are teaming up to provide a supply of emergency "Totes for Kids" to Washoe County Child Protective Services.
Note: A social worker comes along, "Hey munchkin! I got a present for ya."

that ought to confuse kids, learn in school not to take things from strangers, then have social services bust in their homes offering goodies if they come along quietly! Duh who's brainiac idea was this?!
