Residents of Joy Hall learn what it takes to raise a child, with the goal of breaking the cycle that brought them there.
The bond between mother and child is one of the most powerful in life, but challenges of teen parenthood can threaten to break it apart.
The young mothers staying in the new Joy Hall residential unit at St. Vincent Home at 925 N. River in Thomas Township face even more difficulties. Many have been in and out of family court and foster care because of abuse, neglect or delinquency.
