Foster mom accused in Milwaukee boy's death
A Milwaukee woman is accused of beating her 1-year-old nephew for weeks until he finally died and severely injuring her 2-year-old niece while serving as foster mother to the children.
A criminal complaint filed Thursday in Milwaukee County Circuit Court charges 24-year-old Crystal Keith with first-degree reckless homicide and physical abuse of a child.

Foster mother charged with killing boy, abusing girl
A 24-year-old Milwaukee woman was charged today with killing her infant nephew and abusing her two-year-old niece while the children were in her foster care since June.
Officials at the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare have vowed to review the case, which one homicide investigator likened to torture and called one of the worst infant abuse deaths he has seen.
