Child abuse charges for teen
A Burlington High School student is charged with child abuse, after allegedly punching a fellow student so hard he knocked the victim out.
Kent A. Sanderson, 17, 8141 McHenry St., Burlington, is charged with physical abuse of a child, misdemeanor intimidation of a witness and disorderly conduct. If convicted, he could face up to seven years imprisonment and $21,000 in fines.
