DSS reviewing all children's group homes
The state's social services department is reviewing all of the children's group homes licensed by the state after receiving complaints that many of the children weren't being protected properly.
Criticism of the facilities ranges from accusations of sexual abuse and neglect to claims some of the homes were structurally unsafe.
