Former North Middleton foster parent faces sexual abuse charges
A former foster parent with Cumberland County Children and Youth Services who turned himself in Tuesday on a number of charges relating to sexual abuse of children warned two young girls not to talk about what he was doing, according to North Middleton Township police.
