Foster parent charged with child molesting
An Indianapolis foster parent who worked as a civilian corrections officer at Marion County Jail II has been charged with four counts of child molesting, the latest in a string of problems involving Indianapolis foster homes in the past year.
Harold "Rick" Ferrin, 53, was being held without bond Wednesday at the Marion County Jail. He was charged as the result of an investigation that began July 6.
