Wagoner foster parent charged with child abuse by injury
A Wagoner foster parent is charged with child abuse by injury with allegations she used a belt as punishment on a 5-year-old girl.
Ida Mae Edwards, 67, faces one count of felony child abuse by injury. She is currently free after posting $10,000 bond.
