Mother accused of abducting her children from a CPS care home.
The Mohave County Sheriff's Office issued an amber alert Saturday night for two youngsters. 9 year old Cali Herrera and 6 year old Frankie Herrera were taken by their mother and another man from a care home in Mohave Valley. The children were in the custody of CPS.
